Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (So by the Lord of the heavens and the earth, it is certainly the truth)

We have reached the saying of Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He):
Then by the Lord of the heaven and earth, indeed, it is truth - just as [sure as] it is that you are speaking.فَوَرَبِّ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُ لَحَقٌّ مِثْلَ مَا أَنَّكُمْ تَنْطِقُونَ
[Surat al-Dhariyat: 23] The (fa) is a conjunction, and the (waw) is for the oath, and (the Lord of the heavens and the earth) is Allah (Mighty and Majestic). He (Blessed and Exalted is He) swore by Himself, by virtue of His lordship over the heavens and the earth, that what they are promised is the truth;Because he said:
(22) And in the heaven is your provision and whatever you are promised. (23) Then by the Lord of the heaven and earth, indeed,وَفِي السَّمَاءِ رِزْقُكُمْ وَمَا تُوعَدُونَ * فَوَرَبِّ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُ
[Surat al-Dhariyat: 22-23] meaning: what you are promised. It is also possible that the pronoun refers to the Qur'an, and it is also possible that it refers to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). All three meanings are interconnected,And his statement: (It is certainly the truth) meaning: established; because the truth and falsehood are opposites,So falsehood is: the vanishing, lost thing,And the truth is: the established thing that contains benefit, good, and rectitude.

And his statement:
just as [sure as] it is that you are speaking.مِثْلَ مَا أَنَّكُمْ تَنْطِقُونَ
[Surat al-Dhariyat: 23] meaning: just as a person is certain of his speech, so this Qur'an is the truth. It is known that no one among us denies his speech, and when he speaks, he is certain that he has spoken. Therefore, this Qur'an is the speech of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), the truth, just as our speech is the truth.
