The Meaning of the Poet's Statement: "But this abstraction is impossible, for if *** it were posited, there is no doubt in the minds"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"But this abstraction is impossible"
What is the meaning of abstraction? It means that the abstraction of words from one another is impossible. All Arabic speech is found to necessarily be compound, either in reality or by convention. That is, you will never find in Arabic speech the word "Zayd" alone, nor will you ever find "Qam" alone. Arabic speech must be compound. For this reason, the scholars of grammar say that speech is the compound expression, what? There is nothing in Arabic speech that is not compound. In fact, if something is found that is not compound, we say this is not speech and it is not to be considered. For this reason, he says:
"But this abstraction is impossible, for if *** it were posited, there is no doubt in the minds"
This means that if a single word were posited as speech, it would be a mental supposition. For this reason, he said:
"It is without doubt" Where does this apply? To the external reality or to the mind? Listen.
"But this abstraction is impossible, for if *** it were posited" This means if the abstraction were posited. "It is without doubt in the minds" "Without doubt" is an interjected phrase. It means that if the abstraction of speech from one part to another were posited, this is in the minds. That is, the mind conceives that speech is scattered and separated, but in reality, it is not possible. All right.
