And likewise, they have been prescribed for the two rak'ahs of tawaf, and that is the realization of this matter (Explanation of the fourth place in which it is recommended to recite the two surahs)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"And likewise, they have been prescribed for the two rak'ahs of tawaf ***"
Meaning: In the two rak'ahs of tawaf, one recites
Say: O you disbelievers! قل يا أيها الكافرون
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One, قل هو الله أحد
[Al-Ikhlas 112:1]
, "in realization of this matter", yes? Yes.
"*** and that is the realization of this matter"
That is: for tawhid (the oneness of Allah).
The student: ...

The Shaykh : Yes? "Realization" is in the accusative case, okay.
So,
Say: O you disbelievers! قل يا أيها الكافرون
and
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One, قل هو الله أحد
[Al-Ikhlas 112:1]
are recommended in four types of sunnah (recommended practice) prayers.
The student: The sunnah of Fajr.

The Shaykh : The sunnah of Fajr.
The student: The sunnah of Maghrib.

The Shaykh : The sunnah of Maghrib.
The student: ...

The Shaykh : The sunnah of witr.
The student: Tawaf.

The Shaykh : The sunnah of tawaf, okay.
"So they are two brothers who walk together *** they do not separate and they do not part"
Meaning: The two surahs of al-Ikhlas are always together, because the first contains intentional tawhid, and the second,
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One, قل هو الله أحد
[Al-Ikhlas 112:1]
, contains informational tawhid, yes. He said:
"So the one who denies the attributes is one who commits shirk (associating partners with Allah), thus *** the one who commits shirk is the one who denies the Most Merciful"
The one who commits shirk in the worship that entails the sincerity of worship,
Say: O you disbelievers! قل يا أيها الكافرون
is a mushrik (one who associates partners with Allah).
