The Shaykh : Yes, because the Messenger was asked about their inhabitants, and he said:
Whoever prolongs standing in prayer, persists in fasting, speaks good words, and feeds people من أطال القيام وأدام الصيام وأطاب الكلام وأطعم الطعام
. So standing in prayer and fasting are the right of His Majesty, Glorified and Exalted is He, and good speech and feeding people are the right of the servants. However, we see that good speech includes dhikr (the remembrance of Allah), reciting the Qur'an, and other things, so it is broader than being a right specific to humans. Yes.
