The Shaykh : I do not know this to be reported from the Salaf, meaning the preacher saying when he finishes the sermon: "Establish the prayer, for the prayer prohibits immorality and wrongdoing". Accordingly, the imam should not say it. However, when he finishes the sermon, he should descend, and then the iqamah is called for the prayer, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to do, and so did the Rightly Guided Caliphs.
As for this addition that was not reported from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), nor from the Rightly Guided Caliphs, nor did any of the imams say it, it is to be forbidden. Yes.
