The ruling on the preacher saying during the khutbah: "We heard you, send blessings upon the Prophet"

Question:
After this, a message was sent by a listener: Muhammad Ziyad al-Sab' from northern Sinai. He says: Some imams, in the Friday khutbah, and during the khutbah, say: "We heard you, send blessings upon the Prophet" from time to time, and more than five or six times in a single khutbah, and he says it in the colloquial dialect. Is this permissible? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
This is not prescribed; this is not prescribed. One does not say: "We heard you." Rather, it is obligatory for them to listen to the khutbah. It is obligatory for the congregation to listen to the preacher so that they benefit from his khutbah. And if he sends blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) between himself and himself when he hears his mention (peace and blessings be upon him), there is no harm; it is a recommended practice. He does not raise his voice between himself and himself so as not to disturb others.
And it is obligatory for the ma'mumin to listen to the preacher's khutbah on Friday, and they do not speak anything that disturbs them or others. But if he sends blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) between himself and himself when his mention passes—(peace and blessings be upon him)—this is what is prescribed. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah bless you, may Allah reward you with good.
