The ruling on speaking to the preacher during the sermon

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The same questioner says in this message: If the imam makes a mistake in the Friday sermon and some of the worshippers correct him, is this worshipper considered to be engaging in idle talk or not? Please inform us, may Allah reward you.
Answer: Correcting the imam in the sermon, or asking him about something in the sermon, or requesting something from him in the sermon, is not idle talk in the sermon, and it is not prohibited. A man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was delivering the sermon on Friday and said:
Messenger of Allah, the camels died and the passages were blocked; so supplicate Allah to send down rain upon us.يا رسول الله! هلكت الأموال، وانقطعت السبل، فادع الله يغيثنا، فأجابه النبي ﷺ واستغاث ربه
Sahih Muslim 897a
and he did not rebuke him. So if a man addresses the imam—the preacher—saying to him: O preacher! O so-and-so! Pray to Allah for us, or seek help for us, or points out a mistake he made, there is no blame on him for that, and it does not fall under this [prohibition] and it is not prohibited. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you.
