Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade a man from saying to his brother, “Be quiet.” Does this include the one who gestures to him?

The Shaykh : No, it is permissible; gesturing is permissible.

The questioner : ...

The Shaykh : If it is close, but now it is not difficult; the hours are known, and the time of the sun’s zenith is known. As for what came before, yes, it is difficult and impossible. But this difficulty exists even in other cases, even on Friday. Nevertheless, the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding the prohibition:
when it reaches its zenith until it has passed the zenith إذا قام قائم الظهيرة حتى تزول الشمس
Sunan an-Nasa'i 2013
.

The questioner : ...

The Shaykh : Its apparent meaning is that in some hadiths, a condition was mentioned, and in some hadiths, it was stated without a condition. Since the practice is not uniform, one cannot restrict this hadith by that one. So we say: as long as the practice that leads to forgiveness is not uniform, it is not possible to restrict this hadith.
Does the nisab (minimum threshold for zakah) complete at three or five?

The questioner : Three.

The Shaykh : Three, okay.
