The Shaykh : "The time of the tasbih" means when the voluntary prayer became permissible, and he does not mean by that the prayer known as the Prayer of Tasbih, for the hadith regarding this Prayer of Tasbih is invalid, as Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said, and he stated: No one among the Imams recommended it. So the hadith is not authentic, and the scholar Imams did not act upon it and did not recommend it.
