The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Thus, the place for the ma'mum's takbir is immediately after the imam's takbir. Therefore, if the ma'mum joins the imam after the imam has said the takbir and begun the opening supplication, he has missed the takbir of entering prayer. Yes.
