A Reminder to Encourage Women to Adhere to the Prescribed Etiquette

The Shaykh : And I pray and submit to our Prophet Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets and the Imam of the Pious, and to his family and his Companions, and to those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment.
As for what follows, before we begin to speak about what we intend to discuss from what we heard in the recitation of our imams in the standing prayer of this night, the 18th of Ramadan in the year 1418, we affirm what His Eminence the Grand President of the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, Shaykh Muhammad ibn 'Abd Allah al-Sab'il, said regarding encouraging women to the Islamic etiquette to which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) guided.
There is no doubt that women, like men, know that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), that he is the most sincere of all creation toward them, and that he will not direct them except to what contains goodness, happiness, and honor for them and for men as well.
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sunan Abi Dawud 566 Who is being addressed by this? Men are being addressed, because the man is the maintainer of the woman; if he wishes, he prevents her, and if he wishes, he permits her. But the mosques are the mosques of Allah. For this reason, he said: Sunan Abi Dawud 566 The mosques are for Allah, and women are the maidservants of Allah, so do not prevent them from the mosques of Allah.
This indicates that men have control over women in terms of prevention and permission. However, in this matter, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade them from preventing the maidservants of Allah from the mosques of Allah. But he (peace and blessings be upon him) clarified in other than this hadith that a woman's prayer in her home is better, better even than in the Sacred Mosque, and even better than in the Prophet's Mosque. This is because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) clarified that the best prayer for a woman is in her home. And in which mosque was he speaking? In which mosque? In the Prophet's Mosque. He is the one who said:Sunan an-Nasa'i 2899Sahih (Darussalam)
And despite that, he said:
Therefore, if a woman prays in her home, her prayer in her home is better than her prayer in the Sacred Mosque, and better than her prayer in the Prophet's Mosque, and better than her prayer in the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and better than her prayer in other mosques.
But among the blessings of Allah is that He permitted them to participate with men in prayer in congregation. The permission for this participation does not mean that their participation is better than praying in their homes.
Therefore, we encourage our sisters to pray in their homes in Makkah and in Madinah, and in any other city or village, because that is further from fitnah (trial, discord or temptation). Then, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: — pay attention — then, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Tiflat" refers to those who are not displaying their adornment and not beautifying themselves, not displaying their adornment with jewelry, not beautifying themselves, and not using perfume. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Sahih Muslim 444 He mentioned incense, which is of the lowest types of perfume, and he mentioned the 'Isha' prayer, which is of the most concealed or most concealed of the prayers. And despite that, he said: Sahih Muslim 444
Therefore, if she used something stronger than incense? It is even more so. And if she attended a prayer less concealed than the 'Isha' prayer, the prohibition is even more so. This is one point.
