Mentioning the categories of divorce and the original ruling regarding it.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Divorce is divided into five categories: obligatory, forbidden, recommended, disliked, and permissible. The five rulings apply to it. The original ruling regarding it is that it is disliked. The original ruling is that divorce is disliked. Divorce is a matter in which Allah took great care, in that He began the ruling with an address to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), saying:
O Prophet يا أيها النبي
What?
when you divorce إذا طلقتم
. Look at the ruling for the Ummah in general and the address to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family); this indicates the care taken regarding divorce and that it is among the most important rulings. Therefore, it is obligatory for a person, if he intends to divorce out of desire rather than out of foolishness or anger, out of desire, to adhere to the limits of the Shari'ah. Listen to the limits.
