Does nosebleeds and vomiting invalidate the ablution?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : What is your opinion regarding what exits from other than the two passages, such as what exits from the nose like a nosebleed, or what exits from a wound, or vomiting? Does it invalidate the ablution or not?
We say that the scholars, may Allah have mercy on them, differed on this: some said that it invalidates the ablution, and some said that it does not invalidate the ablution. The correct view is that it does not invalidate the ablution. That is to say, if a large amount of blood exits from a person from other than the two passages, or if he vomits and a large amount of vomit exits from him, or if his hand or foot is wounded and a large amount of blood exits from it while he is in a state of ablution, then his ablution is not invalidated by that, even if it is a large amount.
If someone were to ask, "What is your evidence that it does not invalidate it?" Pay attention, and especially the students of knowledge, if he says to me, "What is your evidence that it does not invalidate it?" I say, "What is your evidence that it does invalidate it?" I am the one who demands the evidence; I demand it from the one who said that it invalidates it. I demand evidence from him. Why? Because I have agreed with him that this man was in a valid, legally recognized state of purity before this incident occurred. Are you with me? I have agreed with him that this man was in a valid, legally recognized state of purity. So let him bring evidence indicating that this purity, on which we agreed, has become defective. If he does not bring the evidence, the original state is the continuation of the purity. For this reason, we said previously that whatever is established by the requirement of a legal proof cannot be removed except by a legal proof, because the original state is the continuation of a thing as it was. Now, there is something among the invalidators of the ablution other than this, which is sleep. Sleep.
