Is it true that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) has no shadow?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : As for the claim that the Messenger (may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him) is light?
If the speaker means that he is light with no shadow, this is not correct. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is a human being, created from lowly water, just like the rest of us. He was then a clot, then a lump of flesh, then bones, and then Allah (Mighty and Majestic) created him and breathed into him the soul. Then he came into this world and became a human being who eats and drinks, who gets hungry and thirsty, who marries, and who is afflicted with pain. In fact, he would suffer from fever just as two men among us would (peace and blessings be upon him).
However, if by saying that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) is light, the speaker means that Allah guides creation through him and that he (peace and blessings be upon him) points to what is good, then this is true. The Messenger (may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him) guides to the truth and to the straight path, as Allah the Exalted said:
Indeed, you guide to a straight path إنك لتهدي إلى صراط مستقيم
But he guides to the path by way of indication, not by way of granting success. He is not able to guide one whom Allah has willed to mislead, as Allah the Exalted said:
Indeed, [O Muhammad], you do not guide whom you like, but Allah guides whom He wills إنك لا تهدي من أحببت ولكن الله يهدي من يشاء
[Al-Qasas 28:56]
And Allah the Exalted said to him:
And if your Lord had willed, He could have made mankind one community ولو شاء ربك لجعل الناس أمة واحدة
[Hud 11:118]
And Allah said to him in another verse:
Then, [O Muhammad], would you compel the people in order that they become believers? أفأنت تكره الناس حتى يكونوا مؤمنين
[Yunus 10:99]
So the Messenger guides to the straight path, but he does not guide [people] to the straight path. Who guides [people] to the straight path? Allah. As for the Messenger, he guides to it, meaning he points to it, just as a person points to the road to Makkah, for example. As for the One who grants people success to enter into guidance and to remain steadfast upon it, that is Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Yes.
That is all.
All right, perhaps we will stop here so that we can complete the description of the prayer in the future.
