What is the ruling on placing names that include the name of Allah on bags and the like, which are used for packaging?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you, O Shaykh: Some bags have the name Abdulaziz or Abdullah written on the bag itself. Then, after emptying their contents, some animal feed or other substances are put into them. What is the ruling on that?

The Shaykh : Is the feed impure or pure?

The questioner : Some of it is impure.

The Shaykh : No, if it is impure, it is not permissible. It is a desecration of the name of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). As for the pure ones, there is nothing wrong with it, but it is better for merchants not to write names that contain the Divine Name or any of the names of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Rather, they should mention the person's name and attribute him to his tribe. If his name contains the Divine Name or any of the names of Allah, let him write the tribe or clan to which he belongs.
