What is the ruling on using high-echo devices in mosques?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah forgive us and you, esteemed Shaykh. In some mosques, in addition to the loudspeakers, there is a device called an echo device. However, the imams of the mosques differ in how they adjust this device. Some increase the repetition of the letters of the verse to two times or more, and this is more evident with the letters sin and sad. Others set the device to amplify without repetition, so this does not affect the recitation of the Noble Qur'an. What is the ruling on the first type that repeats frequently?
And what are your guidelines for those who use them?
Knowing that the second type does not involve repetition of the letters? And may Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : As for the first type, which involves repetition of the letters, this is not permissible, because it leads to adding letters to the speech of Allah (Mighty and Majestic).
As for the second, which involves only amplifying the voice, one should look at whether this leads to more humility. If it does, there is nothing wrong with it; otherwise, leaving it is better. This is because people listening to the Qur'an without an intermediary is generally more conducive to humility. And if a person becomes accustomed to not hearing the Qur'an except through this sound, then when he recites the Qur'an alone, he does not attain humility. Therefore, leaving it is better in both cases.
As for the case that leads to repetition of the letters, it is forbidden, because it is not permissible for a person to add to the speech of Allah the Exalted what is not part of it.
