Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah prolong your life as a treasure for Islam and the Muslims: A man buried his miscarried son from the ninth month in a corner of the house. Is it permissible for him to dig up the grave and bury him in the cemeteries, or what is required of him? May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : Did he wash him, shroud him, and pray over him?

The questioner : Yes.
The Shaykh: It is better that he dig it up now and move it to the cemeteries.

The questioner : A long time has passed.

The Shaykh : There is no harm. The remains; he should dig it up now and take its remains, because if it remains, it occupies a space in the house, and if it is walled off, it becomes a problem in that it is said: this is a grave. Then, after many years have passed, it might be taken as an idol.
