What is the ruling for a woman whose husband has died if she is unsure whether she is pregnant or not, and she is menstruating? And what is the ruling if she says she will use herbs to induce a miscarriage if it is not a fetus?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : His EminenceThe Shaykh : A man died leaving behind two wives, and the prescribed waiting period for both women has been completed. One of the women says: I have an ultrasound showing something undefined, whether it is a fetus or not, knowing that she is menstruating. She says: I will use traditional Arab medicine herbs so that if it is a child, meaning a fetus, Allah will preserve it, and if it is something else, it will be expelled. What is the obligatory course of action regarding this woman?

The Shaykh : The woman who is unsure must wait until she is certain that she is not pregnant. As for the one who has no doubt, her waiting period ends when she has completed four months and ten days.
