Is it permissible for a woman to give charity from her money without her husband's permission? And what is the authenticity of the hadiths that indicate the prohibition?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : He asks: Is it permissible for a sane, mature woman to give charity from her money without her husband's permission? And what is the authenticity of the hadiths that were transmitted regarding preventing her from disposing of her money without her husband's permission?
The correct view is that it is valid for her to dispose of her money without her husband's permission. In the two Sahihs, from the hadith of Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) admonished the women on the day of the festival and encouraged them to give charity, so they began giving charity from their jewelry without their husbands' permission. As for the hadiths that were transmitted, they are either abrogated, as some have said, or weak, meaning the hadiths transmitted regarding preventing her from giving charity without her husband's permission.
