A woman giving charity from her husband's wealth

The third question of Fatwa No. ( 12592 )
Q3: My mother says that she has been giving charity from her husband's wealth, in which he has toiled, knowing that we are Bedouins and that she tends to goats in the mountains several times. She gives charity from it for herself without her husband's permission. Is there any sin on her for this? If there is no sin on her, please inform us. May Allah reward you with good.
A3: The basic ruling is that a woman may not give charity from her husband's wealth without his permission, except for a small amount that is customary, such as maintaining ties with neighbors or giving a small amount to beggars that does not harm her husband. The reward is shared between them; for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Bulugh al-Maram 4:39 Agreed upon by al-Bukhari and Muslim. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

When a woman gives some of the foodstuff (which she has in her house) in charity without being extravagant (without being wasteful), she will receive the reward for what she has spent, and her husband will receive the reward because of his earning, and the keeper (if any) will be similarly rewarded. The reward of one will not decrease the reward of the others.
إذا أنفقت المرأة من طعام بيتها غير مفسدة كان لها أجرها بما أنفقت ولزوجها أجره بما اكتسب، وللخازن مثل ذلك لا ينقص بعضهم من أجر بعض شيئًا
