Q2: Is it permissible for me to take from my husband's wealth to give charity, whether with his knowledge or without his knowledge?
A2: It is not permissible for you to take from your husband's wealth to give charity except with his consent, or what is customary for him to allow.
Q10: Is it permissible for me to buy things for my family from my husband's wealth without his knowledge?
A: It is not permissible for you to take from your husband's wealth without his knowledge, except for what is sufficient for you and your child according to what is known to be good. Therefore, it is not permissible for you to buy anything for your family or others from his wealth until he gives you permission. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
