Mentioning four characteristics of the hypocrites in the hadith, whereas we find more than that in the Qur'an; what is the reconciliation between them?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : The characteristics of the hypocrites are mentioned in the hadith as four traits, such that if they are found, their possessor is a pure hypocrite. We find more than that in the Qur'an; what is the reconciliation between them?
And what are the ones found in the Qur'an?

The questioner :
And of the people are some who say, "We believe in Allah and the Last Day," but they are not believers. ومن الناس من يقول آمنا بالله واليوم الآخر وما هم بمؤمنين
[Al-Baqarah 2:8]

The Shaykh : May Allah bless you. The hypocrisy mentioned in the hadith is practical hypocrisy, not creedal hypocrisy. Thus, a person who possesses these four traits is a pure hypocrite because they encompass all aspects: when he speaks, when he makes a promise, when he disputes, and when he is entrusted.

The questioner :
When they stand up for prayer, they stand lazily. إذا قاموا إلى الصلاة قاموا كسالى
.

The Shaykh : These are the pure hypocrites; this is creedal hypocrisy.
