Does the sneezer receive the response after the third sneeze or not?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Your Eminence, is the response to the sneezer the same in every case, even if the sneezing is repeated three times or more?

The Shaykh : If he sneezes three times and you respond to him each time, say to him after the third: "May Allah grant you well-being," because that indicates a cold. So say: "May Allah grant you well-being, for you have a cold." Yes, you say "May Allah grant you well-being" and you say "for you have a cold" so that he does not assume that you are supplicating for him that Allah the Exalted would grant him well-being from a sin he committed or a transgression he did. You say "for you have a cold" to inform him that you are only asking for his well-being on account of this.
