Is the Friday sermon with Surat Qaf to be delivered by reciting the surah only, or by explaining it?

The questioner : O Shaykh, may Allah reward you, how is the sermon with Surat Qaf delivered? Is it recited, or is the meaning explained?

The Shaykh : The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite and deliver the sermon with Surat and he would say in his sermon: This indicates that he did not limit himself to the surah only, but that he mentioned other things along with it. You turned away from the answer, my brother, what did I tell you? You cannot ask and distract; you cannot.
