The reciter: Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna and Ibn Bashshar narrated to us. Ibn al-Muthanna said: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us. Shu'bah narrated to us. He said: I heard Qatadah narrating from Anas ibn Malik. He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Sahih Muslim 551.
The Shaykh : His saying (peace and blessings be upon him):, conversing is exchanging conversation. So does the one who is praying exchange conversation in the prayer? The answer is yes, as established in the authentic hadith of His saying, Blessed and Exalted is He, in the Qudsi Hadith: Mishkat al-Masabih 823 to the end of the hadith.
And in the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) mention of that is an encouragement for a person to be present with his heart and his body in the prayer, because Allah knows what is in your heart, so let not Allah find from you turning away in the heart from conversing with Him, Exalted and Majestic is He. We ask Allah to make us and you successful in that, because most of what Satan brings in the form of intrusive thoughts, considerations, and estimates is in the prayer. And when a person concludes the prayer, everything flies away from him. Why? Because Satan wants to spoil a person's worship, and the best worship after the two testimonies is the prayer. And I say to you now, look at Satan's enmity: you find enmity among the people of good in many matters, and the people of evil have cooperation and assistance among them because they please Satan, and if the people of good were to cooperate, they would anger Satan. Therefore, he incites between them and casts enmity among them so that they do not have one word. So whenever Satan sees a servant turning to the obedience of Allah, he attacks him with a severe attack. May Allah protect us and you from his evil.
When any one of you is engaged in prayer, he is holding intimate conversation with his Lord, so none of you must spit in front of him, or towards his right side, but towards his left side under his foot.

He is conversing with his Lord.
فإنه يناجي ربهI have divided the prayer into two halves between me and my servant, and my servant will receive what he asks.” When the servant says, “Praise be to God the Lord of the universe,” God most high says, “My servant has praised me.”
