The reciter: And Yahya ibn Yahya narrated to us, saying: I read to Malik from Ibn Shihab from Abu Salama ibn 'Abd al-Rahman from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

Whoever catches a raka of the prayer has caught the prayer.

من أدرك ركعة من الصلاة فقد أدرك الصلاة
