What is the meaning of the hadith: "Whoever touches the pebbles, he has spoken in vain"?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He says in the hadith:
Whoever smoothes the pebbles, then he has engaged in Laghw. من مس الحصى فقد لغا
Sunan Ibn Majah 1025Sahih (Darussalam)
What is the meaning of this?

The Shaykh : Its meaning is that whoever touches the pebbles with which the mosque was paved, because the mosque of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) was paved with pebbles, meaning small pebbles, so whoever touches these pebbles for the sake of play and frivolity has spoken in vain,
And whoever chatters has no Friday prayer for him. ومن لغا فلا جمعة له
Musannaf Abd al-Razzaq 4:271
.
And this indicates that a person should, while listening to the sermon, be humble in body, present in heart, and fully attentive to the preacher. And similar to that is his saying (peace and blessings be upon him and his family):
If you say to your companions: ‘Be quiet’ on a Friday while the Imam is delivering the sermon, you have engaged in Laghw (idle talk or behaviour). إذا قلت لصاحبك : أنصت يوم الجمعة والإمام يخطب فقد لغوت
Sunan Ibn Majah 1110Sahih (Darussalam)
And the one who speaks in vain is the one who has no Friday prayer, and the meaning of his having no Friday prayer is that he is deprived of the reward of the Friday prayer, not that his Friday prayer is invalid, so the reward attached to the Friday prayer is one from which this person is deprived who did what necessitates speaking in vain.
