You said the reason for the march is to display strength. Some say that today the disbelievers watch the Muslims through the channels. Do we say that the reason remains?

The questioner : May Allah reward you. We said the reason for the march is... it exists now... strength. Some people say that in the present time, the disbelievers watch the Muslims through the channels, so the reason remains. Is this statement sound?

The Shaykh : I say, may Allah have mercy on the state of this speaker. Do the disbelievers now care about the Muslims? Answer?

The questioner : No.
Answer: Never. They do not see them as anything, even if they display strength, they do not see them as anything. This is because many of the rulers of the Muslims have not fulfilled the obligation of opposing the polytheists and showing them strength. On the contrary, some of them are clearly followers of the disbelievers. In any case, if we return to the original principle, we say what 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: whatever the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) did, we must do it. Yes.
