The reciter: Adam narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, 'Amr ibn Dinar narrated to us, saying: I heard Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) say: قدم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فطاف بالبيت سبعا وصلى خلف المقام ركعتين ثم خرج إلى الصفا وقد قال الله تعالى : لقد كان لكم في رسول الله أسوة حسنة . The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) arrived, so he circumambulated the House seven times, then prayed two rak'ahs behind the Maqam, then he went out to al-Safa. And Allah the Exalted has said: "Indeed, in the Messenger of Allah is an excellent example for you."
