Explanation: ((And the strangled, and the beaten to death, and the fallen, and the gored))

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :
[those animals] killed by strangling or by a violent blow or by a head-long fall or by the goring of horns والمنخنقة والموقوذة والمتردية والنطيحة
[Al-Ma'idah 5:3]
These are four, described by this description based on the cause of their death; otherwise, all of them died without ritual slaughter. The strangled one is that which was strangled by something, such as being strangled by a rope: it put its head in a rope and tried to get out, but every time it pulled itself, the strangling increased until it died. This is a strangled animal. Included in this is one that is strangled by smoke or other causes of suffocation; it is forbidden. The beaten to death one is that which was struck with a stick or the like of what does not cause a wound. The fallen one is that which rolled down from a height, meaning it rolled down, for example, from a mountain, fell from a roof, or fell into a well and died, and the like of that. This is a fallen animal. The gored one is the one that was gored, meaning that its sister gored it until it killed it. We have a small goat and a large goat. The large goat stood up and gored this small one until it died. We say this is a gored animal that is not to be eaten.
