Is it true that you say it is forbidden to prolong the takbir during the first and second tashahhud sittings?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Your Eminence! We heard you say: It is not permissible to prolong the takbir in the first tashahhud and the final tashahhud. Is this correct?

The Shaykh : Where did you hear this?

The questioner : From one person.

The Shaykh : Do you say: He told me, and I trust him, or I do not know about him?

The questioner : I do not trust him.

The Shaykh : In any case, this is not correct. We do not say: It is not permissible. But we say: It is not prescribed, because I do not know that it was reported from the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) that he distinguishes between the takbir of sitting and the takbir of standing up.
Yes, some scholars said: The long transition involves prolonging the takbir. The long transition for us is in two places: The first place is descending to prostration.
And the second place is standing up to stand. And even so, he only said it based on juristic preference, not from evidence.
So what I see is: That the Sunnah is for the takbir to be the same. And this Sunnah has a benefit for the ma'mumin (those praying behind the imam), which is: That each person strengthens himself to be cautious of forgetfulness. Because if the takbir is the same and the ma'mum is inattentive, the imam might say takbir while sitting while he is standing up, or while standing while the ma'mum is sitting. But if the takbirs are distinguished, he proceeds with these takbirs like a cylinder.
