Ruling on prolonging the takbir when moving to the tashahhud

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Your Eminence! We heard you say: It is not permissible to prolong the takbir in the first tashahhud and the final tashahhud. Is this correct? The Shaykh: Where did you hear that? The questioner: From a person who told me that.

The Shaykh: Do you say: "He told me," and you trust him, or you do not know about him?The questioner: One I do not trust.

The Shaykh: In any case, this is not correct. We do not say: It is not permissible. But we say: It is not prescribed; because I do not know that it was reported from the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) that he distinguished between the takbir of sitting and the takbir of standing up.
Yes,Some scholars said: In a long transition, the takbir is prolonged. And the long transition for us is in two places: The first place: descending to prostration.

And the second place: Standing up to stand, and even so, he only said that based on juristic preference, not from evidence.

What I see is: The Sunnah is that the takbir be uniform, and this Sunnah has a benefit for the followers, and she: That each person tightens himself to be cautious of forgetfulness; because if the takbir is uniform and the follower is inattentive, the imam might say the takbir while sitting while he is standing up, or while standing while the follower is sitting, but if the takbirs were distinguished, he would follow these takbirs like a cylinder.
