Exegesis of Surat al-Najm, from the saying of Allah the Exalted: “Indeed, he saw some of the greatest signs of his Lord,” and what is derived from it.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :
He certainly saw of the greatest signs of his Lord. لَقَدْ رَأَى مِنْ آيَاتِ رَبِّهِ الْكُبْرَى
[An-Najm 53:18]
And in this is an indication that the signs of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) include the great and those less than that, as we say: and the small. For “al-kubra” (the greatest) is a name of superlative, and it is an error for the later exegetes to say that “al-kubra” is a name of the doer; rather, it is a name of superlative, because the signs of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) are either great or greatest of the greatest. The ascension that took place is undoubtedly from the greatest and most magnificent signs. And the rest of the discussion on the surah will come, if Allah wills, and we return to the questions now from the right.
