What is the ruling on one who forgets the two rak'ahs of the tawaf al-ifadhah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The honorable Shaykh (may Allah preserve him): A person performed the tawaf al-ifadhah and forgot the two rak'ahs of the tawaf, so what is required of him?

The Shaykh : If he performed the tawaf al-ifadhah and forgot the two rak'ahs of the tawaf, he owes nothing, because the two rak'ahs of the tawaf are not obligatory; rather, they are a recommended practice (sunnah). If a person performs them, it is more complete, and if he leaves them off, there is no blame on him. Yes.
