Q6: If the pilgrim has completed all the pillars and obligatory acts of Hajj except for the tawaf of ifadah and the tawaf of farewell, and if the tawaf of ifadah is performed on the last day of Hajj, i.e., the second day of the days of Tashreeq, and he performs the tawaf of ifadah but does not perform the tawaf of farewell and says that it suffices, and he is not from the people of Makkah , but from the people of other cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ,
what is required of him?
A6: If the matter is as stated, and his departure from Makkah is continuous with his tawaf of ifadah, then the tawaf of ifadah suffices for him in place of the tawaf of ifadah and the tawaf of farewell, provided that he has finished stoning the pillars. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
