Continuation of the detailed discussion on the issue of gold rings and the hadiths reported regarding them.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Under any circumstances, and that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned this warning for a specific situation that occurred, similar to rulings that vary according to circumstances. And if the Muslims have a need and require currency, then it should be warned against wearing these gold rings. But this last answer is weak, because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted cut gold, and there is no difference in currency between the ring and the cut piece.
So the closest opinion is to say that these hadiths are either abrogated or anomalous, due to their contradiction of the authentic hadiths indicating permissibility. The latter is the view of Shaykh 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn Baz, and the former is the view of many of the early scholars that they are abrogated.
In any case, a person is at peace in his heart regarding the permissibility of gold rings and bracelets for women, and that they are not forbidden.
