Is it recommended to bury what is cut from the nails, hair, and foreskin?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Burying the nails...

The Shaykh : Is burying what is recommended to be removed from the nails, hair, and foreskin during circumcision recommended? Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) used to do this; he would bury it. Some scholars cited the saying of Allah the Exalted:
As We began the first creation, We will repeat it كَما بَدَأنا أَوَّلَ خَلقٍ نُعيدُهُ
[Al-Anbya 21:104]
, and stated that burying what has separated from the human body is like burying the entire body, because it will be restored on the Day of Resurrection.
However, I do not know of any Sunnah from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding this. These parts are considered severed, and it is not impossible that Allah (Mighty and Majestic) will restore them on the Day of Resurrection even if they were thrown on the ground. Just as if a man were torn apart after his death, carried away by the wind, and eaten by wild beasts, he would still be restored; this is what prevents [the objection]. Yes.
