The reciter: Ali ibn Abdullah narrated to us, Abu Safwan Abdullah ibn Sa'id narrated to us, Yunus informed us from Ibn Shihab, who said: Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib informed me that Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say:
The heart of an old man remains young in two respects, i.e., his love for the world (its wealth, amusements and luxuries) and his incessant hope. لا يزال قلب الكبير شاباً في اثنتين في حب الدنيا وطول الأمل

Al-Layth said from Yunus, and Ibn Wahb from Yunus from Ibn Shihab, who said: Sa'id and Abu Salama informed me.
