Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: Isma'il ibn Mansur narrated to me, saying: Ruwayh ibn 'Abbad narrated to us, saying: Hatim ibn Abi Sufayyan narrated to us, saying: 'Abd Allah ibn Abi Mulaikah narrated to us, saying: al-Qasim ibn Muhammad narrated to me, saying: 'A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated to me that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
None will be called to account on the Day of Resurrection, but will be ruined. ليس أحد يحاسب يوم القيامة إلا هلك
Sahih al-Bukhari 6537
I said: O Messenger of Allah, did not Allah the Exalted say:
(7) Then as for he who is given his record in his right hand, (8) He will be judged with an easy account فأما من أوتي كتابه بيمينه فسوف يحاسب حساباً يسيراً
[Al-Inshiqaq 84:7-8]
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
That (Verse) means only the presentation of the accounts, but anybody whose account (record) is questioned on the Day of Resurrection, will surely be punished. إنما ذلك العرض وليس أحد يناقش الحساب يوم القيامة إلا عذب
Sahih al-Bukhari 6537
