Explanation of the Book of Inheritance, Fixed Punishments, and Blood Money-01b

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: Musa ibn Isma'il narrated to us, Wahib narrated to us, Ibn Tawus narrated to us from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Beware of suspicion, for it is the worst of false tales and don't look for the other's faults and don't spy and don't hate each other, and don't desert (cut your relations with) one another O Allah's slaves, be brothers!
Sahih al-Bukhari 6724
.

The Shaykh : The author wrote the heading: "Chapter on Teaching Inheritance," then he mentioned the report from 'Uqbah, saying: "Learn before the guessers", those who speak based on guesswork, who have no knowledge, and who stumble in the religion of Allah.
In this is an encouragement to learn knowledge, especially when the guessers are many, as 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) said. This requires us to focus on learning knowledge so that the sciences are firmly established in our minds, lest the time come for the guessers.
Then he mentioned the hadith:
Beware of suspicion
, meaning I warn you against suspicion,
for indeed Zann is the falsest of speech.
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1988Sahih (Darussalam)
because suspicion is the talk of the self; a person suspects so-and-so of this, and this is the talk of the self, so it is the falsest of speech.
Do not be inquisitive about one another, or spy on one another.
Sunan Abi Dawud 4917Sahih (Al-Albani)
Which is more emphatic? Spying is more emphatic, because it has an addition; the jim has a dot, and it is said that an addition in the structure indicates an addition in the meaning.
Do not hate one another ولا تباغضوا
, meaning do not hate one another.
And his saying:
Do not turn away from one another ولا تدابروا
For this reason, it is not proper etiquette to sit with people behind you, to the extent that it came in a hadith:
cursed the one who sat in the middle of a circle
Sunan Abi Dawud 4826Da'if (Al-Albani)
, why?
Because he turns his back on the people. It is not proper etiquette to turn your back on people. It also includes turning away in the heart; do not turn away from one another such that this person's heart is here and that person's heart is there, differing, for that is contrary to Islamic etiquette.
live like fellow-brothers as servants of Allah
Sahih Muslim 2559d, e
Servants, and how do we parse this?
The student: It is the predicate of "kana."

The Shaykh : Or it is a vocative, meaning "Be, O servant of Allah, brothers," or "Be, O servants of Allah, brothers," meaning be servants of Allah and brothers among yourselves. Both interpretations are permissible.
The important point is that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded us to be brothers.
What is his statement regarding investigating?
