Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Your Eminence, regarding the condition in Hajj, are there specific cases in which one makes the condition for Hajj and says "If something prevents me, then my place of ending the state of ihram is where I am prevented"?

The Shaykh : The condition in Hajj is to say when entering the state of ihram "If something prevents me, then my place of ending the state of ihram is where I am prevented".
This condition is not prescribed unless there is fear of illness, or a woman fears menstruation, or a person who is late fears that he will miss the Hajj. In this case, he should make the condition. If he makes the condition and something occurs that prevents him from completing the rites, he exits the state of ihram and departs, and he owes nothing. As for the person who is not afraid, the Sunnah is that he does not make the condition; rather, he resolves to proceed, relies upon Allah, and holds a good opinion of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Yes.

The questioner : Peace be upon you.

The Shaykh : And upon you peace and the mercy of Allah

The questioner : Your Eminence, I arrived at Muzdalifah after midnight. Is it valid for me to pray, or should I pray it before?

The Shaykh : If a person fears that after departing from 'Arafah he will not reach Muzdalifah until after midnight, then it is obligatory for him
