Some of the important issues related to the rituals of Hajj.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And here we pause for questions:
First: How many standing points are there in Hajj?
We say there are six standing points: a standing point at al-Safa, a standing point at al-Marwah, a standing point at 'Arafah, a standing point at Muzdalifah, a standing point after stoning the first pillar, and a standing point after stoning the second pillar on the days of Tashriq.
Second: Is it permissible for a person to depart from Muzdalifah at the end of the night?
The answer is: Yes, this is permissible due to the difficulty of the crowd during the day. As for one who is strong and not affected by the crowd, it is better that he remains until he prays Fajr and it becomes very light, unless he has women with him, in which case he departs for their sake, and there is no harm in that.
And third: Is it permissible to stone the three pillars on the eleventh, twelfth, and thirteenth days before the sun passes its zenith?
The answer is: No, it is not permissible, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not stone except after the sun passed its zenith, and he said:
Take from me your rites لتأخذوا عني مناسككم
.
And fourth: Is it permissible to stone at night?
We say: As for stoning the Jamarat al-Aqabah on the day of 'Id, you have learned that it is permissible to depart from Muzdalifah at the end of the night. If he arrives at Mina before the dawn breaks, let him stone, and there is no blame on him.
The fifth issue: Is it permissible to combine the three pillars in two days into one day, meaning to delay the stoning of the eleventh day to the twelfth day?
The answer is: No, it is not permissible. Rather, it is obligatory that he stones each day on its day, except for one who has an excuse, such as if his place is far away at the edge of Mina, and it is difficult for him to go back and forth to the pillars for two days, then there is no harm in combining, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) permitted the shepherds to stone one day and leave one day because of their need.
The seventh: On the day of 'Id, a person does five things: stoning, then slaughtering, then shaving, then circumambulation, then walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah. It is better to arrange them in this order, and if he brings some of them forward, there is no blame on him, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) allowed people to ask him on the day of 'Id about bringing forward and delaying, and he was not asked about anything being brought forward or delayed except that he said:
Do it, and there is no blame on you. افعل ولا حرج
.
And now to the questions, please proceed.
