Important questions related to Hajj and its manner?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And there are questions we will address now for approximately five minutes. The first question: Is it permissible for a person to leave Makkah for 'Arafah directly without stopping in Mina on the eighth day?
The answer: Yes, and the evidence is that 'Urwah ibn al-Muth'ir (may Allah be pleased with him) met the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) on the morning of the Day of Sacrifice and informed him that he had not left a mountain without standing at it. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said to him:
Whoever offers this prayer with us, and stood before that in Arafatat by night or by day, his Hajj is complete, and he has completed the prescribed duties. من شهد صلاتنا هذه ووقف معنا حتى ندفع وقد وقف قبل ذلك بعرفة ليلًا أو نهارًا فقد تم حجه وقضى تفثه
Sunan an-Nasa'i 3041Sahih (Darussalam)
He did not mention stopping in Mina before 'Arafah. Therefore, stopping in Mina before 'Arafah is a recommended practice (sunnah). If it is easy for a person, that is what is sought; if it is not easy, there is no blame on him for going directly to 'Arafah.
The second question: If one stands at 'Arafah during the day, is it obligatory for him to remain until the sun sets?
The answer: Yes, it is obligatory for him to remain until the sun sets. The evidence for this is that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) stood at 'Arafah until sunset and said:
Take from me your rites لتأخذوا عني مناسككم
Also, because departing from 'Arafah before sunset is similar to the practice of the polytheists. The polytheists used to stand at 'Arafah and depart before sunset. Whoever departs before sunset has agreed with the way of the polytheists and opposed the way of the Master of the Messengers (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).
Another question: Is it permissible for one who stays overnight in Muzdalifah to depart before it is fully light?
The answer: Yes, it is permissible if he is unable to handle the crowd of pilgrims, whether due to physical weakness, illness, old age, or otherwise. It is permissible for him to depart at the end of the night. Approximately, he should depart when the moon sets. The evidence for this is that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) granted a dispensation to the weak among his household to depart from Muzdalifah at night. Asma' bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with them both) would wait until the moon set, then depart and throw the pebbles at the Jamarat before Fajr.
Another question: If one arrives in Mina before Fajr on the night of Muzdalifah, is it permissible for him to throw the pebbles at the Jamarat al-Aqabah?
We say: Yes, it is permissible, because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) only permitted the weak to advance in their departure from Muzdalifah in order for them to throw the pebbles; otherwise, what would be the benefit of advancing?
The pilgrim performs five acts on the Day of Sacrifice after departing from Muzdalifah: throwing the pebbles, then slaughtering, then shaving the head, then?
The student: Tawaf.

The Shaykh : After that?
The student: Tawaf.

The Shaykh : Yes, Tawaf, then Sa'y. These five are in this order; this is the best. But is it permissible to advance some of them over others? The answer: Yes, it is permissible, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) was asked on the Day of Sacrifice about advancing and delaying, and he was not asked about anything being advanced or delayed except that he said:
Do it, and there is no blame on you. افعل ولا حرج
It follows from this that if one advances the slaughtering over the throwing, he will slaughter after Fajr, for example, before the sun rises. Is this permissible, or does he not slaughter until the sun rises a spear's length and the time of the 'Id prayer passes, like the 'Id sacrifice? The answer: It is permissible. It is permissible to slaughter after Fajr in Mina, because when the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about slaughtering before throwing, he said:
There is no harm. لا حرج
And if throwing is permissible immediately after the sun rises, it follows that slaughtering is also permissible before the sun rises. For this reason, the scholars said that slaughtering the sacrificial animal on the Day of Sacrifice is permissible from after Fajr.
Another question: Is it permissible for a person to descend to Makkah on the morning of the twelfth day and perform the Farewell Tawaf, then go out to Mina and throw the pebbles, then return to his country?
The answer: No, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: "The people were commanded to make their last visit to the House the Tawaf." Whoever does what I mentioned has made his last visit the pebbles. It is obligatory that his last visit be the Tawaf. If a person does this, it is not permissible. But if he does this, meaning he advances the Farewell Tawaf over throwing the pebbles, but if he leaves Mina on the morning of the twelfth day, and before the sun has passed its zenith he returns and throws, then descends to Makkah and performs Tawaf and Sa'y, is this permissible? The answer: Yes, it is permissible, because he has not transgressed the Shari'ah command and has not avoided a sin. The most that is there is that he left Mina before the sun passed its zenith, and there is no harm in this, because the important thing is that he throws the pebbles after the sun passes its zenith, and that has happened. This is also... We ask: How many standing times are there in Hajj based on what we have heard? In Hajj there are six standing times, not just one: on al-Safa, on al-Marwah, at 'Arafah, at Muzdalifah, after the first Jamarat on the days of Tashriq, and after the second Jamarat. The standing times for supplication are six, but they differ in length and brevity. We end at this point in order to devote ourselves to answering questions. We ask Allah, the Exalted and Sublime, to make our days and your days filled with His obedience, and to grant us a successful Hajj, a forgiven sin, and a rewarded effort. We start from the right, and the question is one question for each person.
