There is a phrase I found on a tea box, "The First Wherever You Are," and a phrase at a bank, "He Is With You Wherever You Are." Is this permissible?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
May Allah reward you, O Shaykh. There are phrases, or a phrase, that I found written on one of the advertisements for a type of tea. It says:
The First Wherever You Areالأول أينما كنتَ
. There is also a phrase at one of the banks where they say:
We Are With You Wherever You Areنحن معكم أينما كنتم
. So I do not know if this phrase is permissible in its absolute form? Or does it have conditions? Or is it not permissible to use it at all except for the Essence of Allah (Mighty and Majestic)?

The Shaykh : In any case, these phrases regarding the tea:
The First Wherever You Areالأول أينما كنتَ
, meaning they want to say that this type of tea is the first, meaning number one, wherever it is, in any place. These phrases are not appropriate, and the intention behind them is: advertising for this tea.
And I do not think that the one who wrote it has it in his mind that he wants by the word
The firstالأول
what is intended by it when it is attributed to Allah. I do not think that is the case.
And likewise
We Are With You Wherever You Areنحن معكم أينما كنت
, we say: May Allah not greet you, nor bid you welcome, O banks. We do not want you to be with us, nor do we want to be with you. And we ask Allah the Exalted to facilitate the conversion of these banks to Islamic transactions as soon as possible.
They also want to say that this bank is with you wherever you are, meaning: that if you are in your country, you can benefit, and if you are in another country, you can benefit, as has happened recently. And I do not think they also want the presence of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) with His creation. I do not think that is the case.
But despite that, I see that these phrases should be replaced.
As for the tea phrase, it can be said:
This Is the Best Teaهذا أحسن شاي
, if he is truthful. Perhaps it is not the best tea, but on the assumption that he is truthful.
As for the banks, it is good that the phrase be replaced with another phrase:
We Hope You Will Help Us So That These Banks Will Become Islamic Banksنرجو أن تعيننا على أن تتحول هذه البنوك إلى بنوك إسلامية
. Yes.
