If a man placed a container of Zamzam water and distributed it, and wrote on it that washing and ablution from it are prohibited, what is the ruling on washing and performing ablution from it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : He says: If a man placed a container of water other than in Makkah, and the water was Zamzam water, and wrote on it that washing and ablution from it are prohibited, what is the ruling on performing ablution from it? It appears that it is forbidden for anyone to perform ablution from it, and the jurists have stated this explicitly, saying: If water is distributed for drinking, it is not permissible to perform ablution with it.
And you know that what is in other than Makkah from Zamzam means that he brings water to it and pours it in, pouring, meaning it is not on any part of the street. And this is what Umm Abdullah says.
