How is the hadith: “No one is to be flogged with more than ten lashes except in a hudud punishment from the hudud of Allah” reconciled?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you, O Shaykh. What is the meaning of the saying of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)
No one is to be lashed more than ten lashes except for a legal punishment لا يجلد فوق عشر جلدات إلا في حد
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1463Sahih (Darussalam)
?

The Shaykh : I do not know who narrated it. It is not an authentic hadith, but is it from Abu Burdah ibn Abu Niyar or someone else? Well, that is the situation. In any case, the hadith refers to the limit, meaning the sin, based on the saying of Allah the Exalted:
These are the limits [set by] Allah, so do not approach them وتلك حدود الله فلا تقربوها
[Al-Baqarah 2:187]
This means that if you discipline your child for misconduct that compromises his honor or his upbringing, you should not exceed ten lashes. The hudud of Allah are His prohibitions. Yes.
