The reciter: And Muhammad ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Numayr narrated to me, 'Abd Allah ibn Yazid narrated to us, Haywah narrated to me, Abu Sakhr narrated to me from Yazid ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Qusayt, who told him that Dawud ibn 'Amir ibn Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas told him from his father,
That he was sitting with 'Abd Allah ibn 'Umar when Khabbab, the one in charge of the screened enclosure, came in, and said to 'Abd Allah ibn 'Umar: "Do you not hear what Abu Hurayrah is saying? That he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: 'Whoever goes out with a funeral from its house, prays over it, and then follows it until it is buried, he will have two qirats of reward, each qirat being like Mount Uhud. And whoever prays over it and then returns, he will have a reward like Mount Uhud?' So Ibn 'Umar sent Khabbab to 'A'ishah to ask her about Abu Hurayrah's statement, and then to return to him and tell him what she said. And Ibn 'Umar took a handful of pebbles from the mosque

The Shaykh : with us from the pebbles of the mosque
The reciter: "Husbah, he says: This is how we verified it; the first is husbah and the second is al-hasa, the plural of hasah, and this is how it is in most of the manuscripts. Al-husbah is al-hasa"

The Shaykh : Yes, so it is contrary to the original text.
The reader:
from the pebbles of the mosque and turned them over in his hand until the messenger returned to him. He said: "'A'ishah said: Abu Hurayrah told the truth." So Ibn 'Umar struck the ground with the pebbles that were in his hand and then said: "We have indeed neglected many qirats" من حصباء المسجد يقلبها بيده حَتَّى رَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ الرَّسُولُ، فَقَالَ: قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: صَدَقَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، فَضَرَبَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ بِالْحَصَى الَّذِي كَانَ فِي يَدِهِ الْأَرْضَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: لَقَدْ فَرَّطْنَا فِي قَرَارِيطَ كَثِيرَةٍ
