The reciter: Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us, and Abdullah ibn Numayr and Abu Usamah narrated to us. And Ibn Numayr narrated to us, and my father narrated to us, both from Ubaydullah. And Qutaybah and Muhammad ibn Rumh narrated to us from al-Layth ibn Sa'd. And Zuhayr ibn Harb narrated to me, and Isma'il—meaning Ibn Ulayyah—narrated to us from Ayub. And Ibn Rafi' narrated to us, and Ibn Abi Fadyk narrated to us, and al-Dhahak—meaning Ibn Uthman—narrated to us. And Harun ibn Abdullah narrated to me, and Hajjaj ibn Muhammad narrated to us, saying: Ibn Jurayj said, Musa ibn Uqbah narrated to me. All of them narrated from Nafi' from Ibn Umar Sahih Ibn Hibban 2:4 except al-Dhahak, for in his narration it is a sparrow on the qiblah, which is the meaning of Malik's narration.
