The reciter: And Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna, Ishaq ibn Ibrahim, and Ibn Abi Umar all narrated to me from al-Thaqafi. Ibn al-Muthanna said: Abd al-Wahhab narrated to us, saying: I heard Yahya ibn Sa'id say: Waqid ibn 'Amr ibn Sa'd ibn Mu'adh al-Ansari informed me that Nafi' ibn Jubayr informed him that Mas'ud ibn al-Hakam al-Ansari informed him that he heard 'Ali ibn Abi Talib say regarding the funeral prayers: He only narrated this because Nafi' ibn Jubayr saw Waqid ibn 'Amr stand up until the funeral was placed.
