What is the ruling on raising one’s voice in supplication during the funeral prayer?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it said that raising one’s voice in supplication is a religious innovation?

The Shaykh : For the purpose of teaching, there is no harm. If one raises one’s voice for the purpose of teaching, there is no harm, just as Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) raised his voice over a funeral reciting Surat al-Fatihah and said: “Let them know that it is a recommended practice.”
